The International WIM Alliance is a pioneering initiative that brings Women in Mining (WIM) organisations together to collaborate, share knowledge, and strengthen our collective voice.
All WIM organisations are welcome to join. Our members represent women working across the entire mining value chain—from artisanal miners to large-scale operators, from government to academia, and from finance to technology.
Established in 2021, the Alliance has played a key role in global initiatives, including the International Day of Women in Mining and the creation of an e-learning platform funded by the World Bank.
The WIM Success Lab is a comprehensive, accessible e-learning programme that covers best practices in financial management, funding strategies, leadership, communication, stakeholder mapping, mining 101, and governance, helping you strengthen your WIM organisation.
